St. Alexander Catholic Elementary School

It is with great joy and enthusiasm that we welcome our St. Alexander families to the 2026–2027 school year! We are especially excited to welcome our new students and families to the St. Alexander community. We are grateful that you have chosen to be part of our school family and look forward to getting to know you and your children.

At St. Alexander School, we believe that every child is a gift, uniquely created with their own strengths, gifts, and potential. Our goal is to provide a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment where every student feels a strong sense of belonging and is encouraged to learn, grow, discover, and thrive.

As a Junior Kindergarten to Grade 6 English Catholic school, we are proud of our tradition of academic excellence and faith-filled learning. We are committed to nurturing the whole child — academically, physically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually — while helping our students develop the knowledge, skills, confidence, and character they need to make a positive difference in the world around them.

Our school community is enriched by the diversity of our students, families, and staff. We celebrate the unique backgrounds, cultures, experiences, and perspectives that each member of our community brings to St. Alexander. Through our Catholic faith, we strive to build a community grounded in compassion, respect, kindness, service, and a deep appreciation for the dignity of every person.

Learning at St. Alexander extends well beyond the classroom. We continue to develop engaging learning environments and expand opportunities for outdoor learning in our New Indigenous Outdoor Learning Area, social communication, collaboration, and connection with the natural world. These experiences encourage our students to be curious, creative, compassionate, and confident learners.

We are also excited to welcome new members to our staff and to continue building strong relationships with our students, families, parish, and community partners. We know that the strongest learning communities are built through meaningful partnerships, and our families are an essential part of that partnership.

As we begin this new school year, we invite you to join us in creating a community where every child feels known, valued, supported, and inspired. Together, we can ensure that our students experience a school environment where faith and learning come alive each day.
